This is what you will do
In this versatile position, your job will be to keep our financial administration running smoothly: you will work on reports, accounts receivable & accounts payable, the general ledger and preparing payments, among other things. But that's not all! In fact, you will also get to work on:
- HR tasks: you will be a point of contact for our employees and be happy to help them if they have questions about salary, holidays or collective labour agreements, for example.
- Back-office tasks: you support the management, manage the agenda, answer e-mails/phone calls and organise trade fairs and events. Managing corporate and personnel planning is also part of your duties.
It is a plus for us if you are enthusiastic about helping with market research or translations.
Job requirements
About you
- You are communicatively strong in Dutch and English (German is a big plus);
- You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working accurately;
- You have good numerical insight and know how to keep administrations in good order;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- HBO working and thinking level.

- Salary between €2.800 and €3.500 based on 40 hours;
